Managed Data Service

Managed Service - Key Features

    • We operate an on-demand model, so you only pay for the counterparties and fields that you need.

    • Our core dataset includes Names, Addresses, Ownership, Identifiers and Industry Classifications - the foundation on which so many use cases are based.

    • We also offer the option for additional data modules including Company Financials, ESG metrics and targets, Related Parties, Location data, Regulatory and KYC datasets.

    • Expanding fields to include bespoke new attributes and configuring modules to align with your specific needs is our standard practice.

    • We carefully balance AI sourcing technology with deep expertise from our experienced data analysts, to collect and maintain data efficiently, without ever compromising quality.

    • We source core data directly from international authoritative sources including registries and regulators, capturing evidence alongside the data.

    • We also provide the option to supplement and close any data gaps, by enabling your clients to self-report through our secure platform.

    • We then apply transparent validation and consistent data standards to ensure all data is fit for immediate use, regardless of source.

    • We operate an integrated delivery model so that whether you take data through our e22data platform, bespoke delivery files, APIs, partner software or cloud marketplaces, you will always have access to the same consistently high quality data, linked to your internal IDs to facilitate simple integration.

    • Furthermore, we believe in fair and transparent fees and licencing. The licensed data is yours to distribute internally as you see fit.

    • No hidden costs, no complex usage restrictions, no need to purge data on exit and you can scale usage up and down as your requirements change.

Our Data

  • Our core dataset include Names, Address, Ownership information, Identifiers, Industry Classifications, and is designed to reflect the common data that would always be mastered for a counterparty, regardless of the use case. We then offer additional data modules of fields alongside the core data record which can be subscribed to as needed. These are listed below.

  • We have developed a unique capability to master complex hierarchies and relationship data, showing in detail how companies and entities are connected. This helps you understand ownership structures, group relationships, fiduciary and service provider relationships and complex fund structures, giving you a complete picture of interrelationships and dependencies

  • We pride ourselves on our ability to identify and classify complex fund structures, legal designations and relationships across all major jurisdictions. We can unravel the complexity of UCITS, SICAV, SICAF, FCP, OEIC, AIF, REIT etc as well as Umbrella-sub Funds, Master-feeder structures. This helps you make informed decisions, manage risk, and stay compliant with confidence.

  • We provide precise KYC and AML data, including regulatory id’s, ownership, directors & officers and supporting evidence from authoritative sources helping you to complete onboarding and periodic reviews, verify identities, and stay compliant with regulatory requirements.

  • We can provide detailed and often hard to source ESG metrics and targets, giving you transparent insights into companies’ environmental, social, and governance performance. This helps you track progress, manage impact, and make informed, responsible investment decisions

  • We can accurately map and verify detailed company locations, including classification of different asset locations from offices to factories and logistics sites. We can also overlay risk maps such as flood plains and wildfires. Together this delivers precise, reliable data which is increasingly critical for tracking evolving geographic risks in your investments, holdings or supply chain.

  • Each finance industry regulation has unique data needs. We support your regulatory classification and reporting by sourcing and maintaining the data, classifications and identifiers which relate to your counterparties. Is your client a designated US Person for Dodd-Frank reporting? Do you have the right GIIN codes or IGA classifications for FATCA? Are you actively maintaining your EMIR Counterparty Classification codes for each in scope client? Are your AnaCredit Institutional sectors fit for purpose? Can you derive your PASI product level data for SFDR?

  • Core company Financials by year with supporting evidence from the financial report/annual returns. Important to understand changing financials for investments, but also increasingly critical to combine financial results with sustainability metrics to understand materiality.
